Crème brûlée


Crème brûlée (read-Crem bruye) is creamy dessert from France. Made of custard and a hard caramel topping. Hard caramel topping obtained from the burnt sugar caramel using the Blowtorch, that's why this dessert called burning cream (French: Crème brûlée).


One set Dessert Crème brûlée has 4 cup.
