Bolognese Lasagna


Bolognese sauce was well known in the worldwide.  Sauce that came from a town in Italian - City of Bologna, was sauce for the pasta Rigatoni, but then this sauce on spaghetti in use.  Therefore more people identify as Bolognese Spaghetti.
Bolognese sauce integrated into the Lasagna, then make Lasagna Bolognese with a very delicious taste. Now, Lasagna have two variants of taste, namely: Classic Lasagna (Tomatoes Lasagna) and Bolognese Lasagna.


 
We use fresh lasagna sheets and we make it, when you order it. We also use two kinds of sauce, which is Béchamel sauce and Bolognese sauce.


Available in two kind of sizes; Medium: 20 X 10 Cm and  Large: 20 X 20 Cm.

Flan de turrón

Flan de turrón / Crème au Caramel

This Dessert comes from the Spanish country.  It is similar to Dessert Crème brûlée that derived from the French. In a slightly different processing techniques so that the texture was a bit different. A striking difference is its caramel. Crème brûlée has a hard caramel on top, while Flan has a liquid caramel.
In the process, flan has a caramel at the bottom of Cup / Bowl, so when you wanted to eat it, Flan should be poured onto a serving plate so that the caramel at the bottom and then flows out onto a serving plate.
 


One set order Flan has 4 Cup.
