In a slightly different processing techniques so that the texture was a bit different. A striking difference is its caramel. Crème brûlée has a hard caramel on top, while Flan has a liquid caramel.
In the process, flan has a caramel at the bottom of Cup / Bowl, so when you wanted to eat it, Flan should be poured onto a serving plate so that the caramel at the bottom and then flows out onto a serving plate.
